Adiciónase el Presupuesto de Rentas y Recursos de Capital de la vigencia fiscal de 1986, en la cantidad de veinticinco mil seiscientos dos millones ciento cincuenta y un mil pesos ($ 6.047.492.374) moneda corriente, que con base en los Certificados de Disponibilidad números:

35 del 23 de mayo de 1986, por valor de

$ 15.995.480.682.72

del cual se utiliza la suma de

$ 15.938.151.000.00

47 del 27 de junio de 1986, por valor de

$ 9.664.000.000.00
