Presentación de la solicitud. Para solicitar la expedición del Permiso Especial de Permanencia para el Fomento de la Formalización (PEPFF), se deberá acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos dispuestos en el artículo 2.2.6.8.3.4. del presente decreto, por medio del aplicativo dispuesto para tal fin por el Ministerio del Trabajo.
