Verificación de requisitos . Recibida la petición en la dependencia competente para resolverla, el jefe, coordinador o responsable de la unidad organizacional respectiva, asignará el caso a uno de los servidores del área quien será el encargado de adelantar el trámite pertinente, determinará si efectivamente esa área tiene competencia para atenderla y proyectará la respuesta, según corresponda; por lo tanto, este último deberá verificar que la petición reúna la información o documentos necesarios para resolverla.
