Los profesionales que realicen los estudios geotécnicos deben poseer una experiencia mayor de cinco (5) años en diseño geotécnico de fundaciones, contados a partir de la expedición de la tarjeta profesional, bajo la dirección de un profesional facultado para tal fin, o acreditar estudios de posgrado en el área de geotécnica.
