Art. 9. La República proveerá al ejército de cuarteles, armamento, vestuario, equipo i menaje con arreglo a las leyes de la materia i demas dispo- siciones vijentes. Los individuos de tropa disfrutarán del prest mensual que les está señalado, ménos los diez i seis reales que antes se destinaban a proveer al ejército de aquellos objetos.
