Por las Aduanas de la Republica se llevará una estadística rigurosa de los artículos que se introduzcan con la tarifa decretada, del nombre o razón social de los importadores y del lugar del destino; y mensualmente se enviará a los Ministerios de Hacienda y Crédito Público e Industrias una relación detallada sobre el particular.
