Otorgamiento del permiso de vertimiento . La autoridad ambiental competente, con fundamento en la clasificación de aguas, en la evaluación de la información aportada por el solicitante, en los hechos y circunstancias deducidos de las visitas técnicas practicadas y en el informe técnico, otorgará o negará el permiso de vertimiento mediante resolución. El permiso de vertimiento se otorgará por un término no mayor a diez (10) años.

Decreto 3930 de 2010 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Título I de la Ley 9ª de 1979, así como el Capítulo II del Título VI -Parte III- Libro II del Decreto-ley 2811 de 1974 en cuanto a usos del agua y residuos líquidos y se dictan otras disposiciones.
