° La Comisión estará integrada por tos Vocales de la Junta de la Oficina General del Trabajo; por dos representantes del gremio patronal y por dos del gremio obrero, designados en la forma que adelante se expresa. Los representantes de los gremios prestarán sus servicios ad honórem. A las sesiones concurrirán el Jefe y el Abogado de la Oficina General del Trabajo, y se invitará también a ellas a los miembros de las Comisiones de Asuntos Sociales de las honorables Cámaras Legislativas, Las reuniones de la Comisión serán presididas por el Ministro de Industrias, y en su ausencia, por el Secretario del Ministerio. Será Secretario de la Comisión el mismo de la Oficina General del Trabajo.
