ARTICULO 94 . La calificación de servicios se realizará a todos los servidores públicos de la Fiscalía, por lo menos una vez al año. Si un servidor público funcionario o empleado obtiene una calificación insatisfactoria, deberá ser evaluado nuevamente, en cualquier momento, dentro del año siguiente a la fecha de la primera evaluación.
