Ni en la sentencia, ni en el auto de proceder, ni en los conceptos fiscales, ni en auto alguno le será permitido al juez o al Agente del Ministerio Público, hacer calificaciones ofensivas respecto del procesado, debiendo limitarse al examen escueto de los hechos y a las conclusiones jurídicas que de ellos se derivaren.
