Apropiaciones presupuestales y marco de gasto. La aplicación del presente decreto se atenderá con cargo a los recursos fiscales del Fondo Nacional de Turismo, provenientes del impuesto nacional con destino al turismo y en todo caso respetará el marco fiscal y de gasto de mediano plazo del sector.
