Modifícase el inciso cuarto del literal d) del artículo 420 del Estatuto Tributario, el cual queda así:
"A partir del 1° de febrero de 2010, en los juegos de suerte y azar se aplicará la tarifa general prevista en este Estatuto".

Artículo 3º. Modifícase el inciso cuarto del literal d) del artículo 420 del Estatuto Tributario, el cual queda así:
"A partir del 1° de febrero de 2010, en los juegos de suerte y azar se aplicará la tarifa general prevista en este Estatuto".
