Art. 1.° A contar del 1.° de Agosto próximo en adelante, la fuerza que hace la guarnición en el Departamento de Santander quedará reducida á dos medios Batallones con tres Compañías de á ochenta y siete plazas cada una, las cuales, con los nombres de Tiradores y Rifles , continuarán acantonados en las Plazas de Cúcuta y Bucaramanga, respectivamente.
