Acceso al Programa con subsidio vigente y sin aplicar. Quien haya sido beneficiario de un subsidio familiar de vivienda asignado por Fonvivienda en la modalidad de mejoramiento de vivienda o mejoramiento para vivienda saludable que se encuentre vigente y sin aplicar, podrá autorizar su aplicación bajo el esquema de que trata el presente capítulo y Fonvivienda podrá asignar los recursos necesarios para completar dicho subsidio hasta el valor establecido en el artículo 2.1.1.7.10 del presente decreto.
