Toda persona que ejerza la farmacia en el territorio de la República, sin sujeción a los preceptos establecidos en la presente Ley, incurrirá en una multa de cien pesos ($100.oo) por la primera vez, y de quinientos pesos ($500.oo) por la segunda. Las demás reincidencias serán sancionadas con pena de arresto de seis (6) meses a un (1) año.
