Art. 12. La Secretaría del Tesoro remitirá mensualmente. Junto con la carta de aviso de las órdenes de pago por pensiones comunes, un cuadro que manifieste las pensiones no incluidas en el respectivo vale, á fin de que la Tesorería general y el Habilitado puedan hacer, el prorateo del sobrante de los cuatro mil pesos ($ 4,000) en proporción á todas las pensiones que deben participar de él.
