Auxíliase con la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10,000) al V Congreso Medico y a la Convención Nacional de la Federación Médica que se reunirán en Barranquilla en el mes de diciembre del presente año. Dicha suma se entregará al Tesorero de la Federación Médica Nacional, entidad que ha sido reconocida oficialmente por la Ley 67 de 1935 en su artículo 10 y que goza de personería jurídica.
