Los Ministerios de Cultura, Comercio, Industria y Turismo, promoverán la enseñanza de las técnicas asociadas a la gastronomía tradicional colombiana, en los programas de formación impartidos por el Sena y las instituciones de educación asociadas al sector, para la preservación de las tradiciones gastronómicas del país, bajo criterios de pertinencia, calidad y respeto por la identidad cultural de cada territorio y comunidad.
