Informe sobre el solicitante. El artículo 10 de la Ley 43 de 1993, quedará así: "Artículo 10. Informe sobre el solicitante. El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores podrá solicitar a la autoridad oficial respectiva la información necesaria para tener un conocimiento completo sobre los antecedentes, actividades del solicitante y demás informaciones pertinentes para los fines previstos en esta ley. En todo caso, este Ministerio solicitará al Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad DAS, que informe si el extranjero ha tenido antecedentes, adjuntando además la información que suministre la respectiva Oficina Internacional de Policía INTERPOL".
