Articulo 3º Cuando hubiere diferencia entre el valor apropiado en los presupuestos y el determinado por la resolución del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público la entidad descentralizada procederá a incrementar la aprobación por este concepto y a consignar en la Tesorería General de la República la diferencia que resulte.
