Transitorio. Continuidad de la función de administración. La Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos, ANH, y Ecopetrol S. A. suscribirán los acuerdos necesarios para asegurar la continuidad de las funciones de administración de los hidrocarburos durante el período comprendido entre la entrada en vigencia de este Decreto y el 1º de enero de 2004, y convendrán los mecanismos para la realización de las labores a que se refiere el artículo 20 del presente decreto.
