Artículo único. Refórmase el artículo 22 del Decreto número 91 de 30 de Enero de 1911, en el sentido de señalar el martes de cada semana para los pagos de que él habla, en lo correspondiente á servicios de los Ministerios de Hacienda y del Tesoro, y el miércoles para los correspondientes al Ministerio de Gobierno.
