Las funciones del Agente del Ministerio Público se ejercen ante, el Tribunal Supremo de lo Contencioso-Administrativo, por el Procurador General de la Nación, y ante los Tribunales Administrativos Seccionales, por el respectivo Fiscal del Tribunal de Distrito Judicial que ejerce sus funciones en la capital de la respectiva Sección Contencioso-Administrativa.
