LICENCIA POR ABORTO. La empleada o trabajadora que en el curso del embarazo sufra aborto, tiene derecho a una licencia remunerada de dos (2) a cuatro (4) semanas, conforme a prescripción médica. Cuando se hubiere condenado penalmente por aborto criminal a una empleada o trabajadora, no habrá lugar a licencia remunerada por aborto. Si ya se hubiere recibido el valor de la remuneración, éste deberá ser reintegrado.
