Trámite de licencias por parte de las oficinas municipales encargadas de expedir licencias. Las entidades municipales o distritales encargadas de estudiar, tramitar y expedir licencias, deberán sujetarse en un todo a la reglamentación que establece la Ley 388 de 1997, el presente decreto y las normas que lo adicionen, sustituyan o modifiquen.
