Artículo segundo. Dicho Comité se denominará Comité de Coordinación de la Administración Pública, y su función específica será la de coordinar, en forma permanente y metódica, las actividades de los organismos en él representadas, relacionadas con la tecnificación de la Administración Pública y el ordenamiento racional de los servicios a su cargo sin menoscabo de la competencia legal de cada uno de ellos.
