°. Interés general. Las investigaciones a que se refiere este decreto se adelantarán por el Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior -Incomex- y se harán en interés general. La imposición de derechos “antidumping”, se hará en interés público, con propósito correctivo o preventivo, siempre que exista la práctica de “dumping”, y de modo general para cualquier importador de los bienes sobre los que esos derechos recaen. Los derechos se imponen respecto de un país y si es el caso, de manera particular sobre los productores y exportadores de ese país.
