En los casos en que deban realizarse diligencias de inspección judicial en procesos por violaciones del Decreto 1188 de 1974 y demás disposiciones que lo adicionan y lo reforman, estas se adelantarán por juez comisionado en el lugar en que dichos elementos se encuentren o hayan sido destinados por la respectiva resolución del Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario o por el Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes.
