Desvinculación de común acuerdo . Cuando exista acuerdo para la desvinculación del vehículo, la empresa y el propietario o poseedor del vehículo, en forma conjunta, informarán por escrito a la autoridad competente y esta procederá a efectuar el trámite correspondiente desvinculando el vehículo y cancelando la respectiva tarjeta de operación.
