º. Declaración de Importación. La presentación de la declaración de importación y el pago de los tributos aduaneros por la importación de arroz originario y procedente del Ecuador, clasificado por las subpartidas señaladas en el artículo anterior, deberá efectuarse en los bancos y demás entidades financieras autorizadas por la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, ubicados dentro de la jurisdicción que corresponda al punto de entrada de dicha mercancía.
