Articulo 8°. Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente el Decreto 3443 de 2010, deroga los artículos 11, 12, 15 y 16 del Decreto 3445 de 2010 y las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
