Reconócese a favor de los sucesores del señor José María DeFrancisco la suma de doce mil ciento veintisiete pesos trece centavos ($ 12,127-13), que éste pagó indebidamente al Banco Nacional de quien la Nación es sucesora.

Parágrafo

El pago de esta suma implica la completa cancelación de todo derecho que la familia del señor Defrancisco crea tener con la Nación por razón de la reclamación respectiva.
