Artículo segundo. Las visas expedidas por los funcionarios diplomáticos o consulares de Colombia a favor de los ciudadanos de los Estados Unidos de América tendrán una validez de un año, a contar de la fecha de su expedición, y permitirán al titular la entrada al territorio colombiano cualquier número de veces durante la vigencia de la visa.
