PROTECCION DE LOS JUECES. Los Jueces de Orden Público y sus fiscales podrán solicitar la protección personal, la de su vivienda y familia a la fuerza pública u organismos de seguridad del Estado. Por petición de éstos, el Gobierno Nacional dispondrá la asignación de su sede y vivienda en cualquier dependencia oficial que se acomode al desempeño de sus funciones, bienestar y seguridad.
