El artículo 1026 del Código de Comercio, quedará así: Artículo 1026. Salvo estipulaciones en contrario, el transportador deberá avisar al destinatario la llegada de la mercancía. A falta de indicación sobre el sitio y fecha en los cuales debe de entregarse la cosa, la entrega se efectuará en las oficinas o bodegas que el transportador determine en el lugar de destino, tan pronto como la cosa haya llegado. Cuando no sea posible hacer la entrega en el sitio y fecha convenidos, el transportador deberá informar al destinatario acerca del día y lugar en que pueda entregar la mercancía.
