Los productores nacionales de las mercancías de que trata este Decreto en las zonas que determine el Ministerio de Agricultura, deberán inscribirse en el ICA como tales de acuerdo con los requisitos que para el efecto señale esta entidad. Con el fin de verificar la anterior información y constatar posibles contrabandos o anomalías sanitarias en las fincas, granjas, mataderos, almacenes y depósitos, se practicarán visitas de inspección dirigidas por la Aduana y coordinadas por las autoridades señaladas en el presente Decreto.
