Parágrafo 3

del artículo 103 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, los porcentajes de senda de desmonte en la aplicación del FOES en las Zonas de Difícil Gestión, en concordancia con la implementación de los planes de reducción de pérdidas reglamentados por la CREG.
