Del Registro de Prestadores del Servicio Público de Empleo. Entiéndase como el Registro de Prestadores del Servicio Público de Empleo, la anotación formal, histórica y consecutiva de los datos relacionados con los prestadores de servicios de gestión y colocación autorizados de que trata el artículo 32 de la Ley 1636 de 2013. Corresponde a la Unidad Administrativa Especial del Servicio Público de Empleo llevar el Registro de Prestadores del Servicio Público de Empleo. El Ministerio del Trabajo determinará por resolución las condiciones básicas y el procedimiento de operación de dicho Registro.
