° Las sales que se expendan en Tame, Corozal y Moreno, se venderán a precio de costo, más un pequeño margen para garantizar mermas, pérdidas varias y gastos de administración general. El Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, por medio de resoluciones, fijará tales precios, siguiendo para ellos las normas que a este respecto fijan las leyes, decretos y contratos vigentes.
