Art. 6° El capitán de buque o el que haga sus veces, que contraviniendo a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, descargue o arroje al mar el lastre que conduzca, en otro punto distinto al señalado al efecto por la autoridad respectiva, incurrirá en la multa de cuatrocientos a mil seiscientos reales, según la gravedad del daño que por este hecho se causare.
