Transferencia de bienes, derechos y obligaciones, y archivos . El Ministerio del Trabajo y el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, Sena, deberán adelantar las gestiones necesarias para hacer entrega de los bienes y archivos relacionados con la administración del servicio público de empleo y requeridos para la prestación del servicio por parte de la Unidad; los cuales deberán ser entregados debidamente inventariados, en los términos que señalen las normas vigentes.
