Art. 1.° La República honra la memoria del Doctor Rito Antonio Martínez.

El retrato al óleo de este distinguido ciudadano, costeado por la Nación, se colocará en la Sala de audiencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, con esta inscripción:

"La República al probo patriota ciudadano señor Doctor Rito Antonio Martínez,"
