Además de lo ordenado por las disposiciones vigentes en cuanto no resulten incompatibles con lo dispuesto en la presente Ley, la vigilancia de la Contraloría General de la República sobre la gestión fiscal de la administración se ejercerá de conformidad con las normas, sistemas y directrices que se señalan en esta Ley.
