ARTICULO 25. Los conductores y choferes de la Procuraduría General de la Nación y de la Defensoría del Pueblo a quienes se les reconoce Horas Extras, tendrán derecho a un máximo de cincuenta (50) horas mensuales, en los mismos términos del artículo 4º. del Decreto 244 de 1981.
