Si verificado un viaje, el interesado regresare a Colombia, antes de pasado un año de la expedición del pasaporte y quiere volver al Exterior, antes de terminado el año, puede hacerlo sin necesidad de pagar nuevos derechos; pero pasado el año el pasaporte tiene que validarse y pagar de nuevo el impuesto de timbre nacional.
