Organizaciones educativas existentes. Las organizaciones de los grupos étnicos que al momento de entrar en vigencia esta Ley se encuentren desarrollando programas o proyectos educativos, podrán continuar dicha labor directamente o mediante convenio con el gobierno respectivo, en todo caso ajustados a los planes educativos regionales y locales.
