°. Comunicaciones y registros. El Fiscal General de la Nación o el Fiscal Delegado que asigne para el efecto, notificará a las autoridades de policía judicial correspondientes sobre la suspensión de las órdenes de captura de que trata el artículo 1 del presente decreto y verificará que las órdenes de suspensión reposen en los registros correspondientes.
