Deróganse la Ley 154 de 1959, el Decreto 1174 de 1980 y Decreto 2465 de 1981; el numeral 7 del artículo 3º y los numerales 23 y 25 del artículo 5º del Decreto 2324 de 1984, y todas las normas contrarias a la presente Ley.

Parágrafo transitorio

: Las funciones desarrolladas por Puertos de Colombia de conformidad con los Decretos 1174 de 1980 y 2465 de 1981, que por esta Ley se derogan, continuarán prestándose en la forma allí prevista hasta tanto las sociedades portuarias contempladas en el artículo 34 asuman la dirección, administración y operación de dichos puertos.
