Artículo cuarto. El presente Acuerdo rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, requiere para su validez la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional y modifica en sus partes pertinentes el Acuerdo número 36 del 15 de diciembre de 1976. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
