º. Trámite y vigencia . El paz y salvo será suscrito por el representante legal de la empresa, quien responderá por el contenido y veracidad del documento que expida. La forma de expedición será la que determine cada entidad, y su vigencia será de sesenta (60) días calendario. El procedimiento que debe surtirse para la obtención del paz y salvo eléctrico, será el contemplado en el Decreto 01 de 1984 (Código Contencioso Administrativo) para el trámite de las peticiones en interés particular.
